ANNA should explain the importance of political process, right as citizens - and warn not just cong but all the parties in politics that if they will be corrupt, such protest is in store, however - such protest is to b last resort and not the first. UPA's apathy deserved this protest but not every future parliament needs this, let parliament be allowed to work in ambit of constitution in favor of people, While Anna can teach people how to be vigil and aware observant over government instead of interfering in govt at drop of h at

Dr. Swamy v/s Sickulars

Currently, In the flurry of articles and counter articles erupting, where some are showing legality, few others are referring to angles of culpability against Dr. Swamy and then there are many to support / endorse either the idea of Dr. Swamy or the fundamental right of Dr. Swamy to voice his opinion (while they still may not be concurring to the Dr. Swamy’s idea). The self claimed seculars have yet again polarised the genuine concern of Dr. Swamy, leaving very little room for sensible discussion or understanding and most importantly solving the problem, Islamic Terrorism. The pseudo-liberals yet again succeeded in putting the uncomfortable topic under the carpet and created situation, where in the technicality is been discussed with apologist mentality in general, rather than an attempt to solve the grave problem, Islamic terrorism. The fact is world at large be it Asia, Europe, US or Australia, each and every inch of this scarce land on planet earth has been affected by so called Islamic terrorism, directly or Indirectly, covertly  or overtly. The one who denies this fact is either lying or immune to reality or trying to reason out with horrid justifications. But none will have the galls to discuss the issue or how to resolve this Impending issue in front of the world which if not restricted can be a big question mark on the happy existence of peace and world in totality.

The idea if embraced or raped at swiftness of dropping a pin is always disastrous. This problem holds true for either side and even for those few who were trying unsuccessfully to pretend neutral or immune. The idea of Dr. Swamy’s idea as I can understand was to aim in solving Islamic terrorism’s grave issue for his and for my or rather OUR country, India. As far as his respect to various religions is concerned, his son-in-law is from Muslim community and wife from Zoroastrian / Parsi community. Even if, he has no relation with individual who hails from another community doesn’t make him fascist or takes away his fundamental right to voice his opinion in betterment of his country, where seditious scoundrels go free hand in abusing country right in the capital of India. The pseudo secularist sadly doesn’t know or understand either secularism or hindutva.

Secularism – The idea is pretty old where it was to de-link Church from the administration of state, and nothing more – rest all in humbuk and tom toming to suit the convenience the horrid thinking of bunch, who has this elitist arrogance of holier-than-thou.

And then there is another idiotic bunch tries to do away with religion (this bunch is not atheist, who has clarity, but this bunch is of confused irrationals). First and foremost to this confused soul who denounce religion as myth, I would like to say - if religion is not to be given importance only on the excuse that it is man-made and nothing divine in it, then the emotion to feel enraged / angered over brutal murder of closed one is also man-made. The emotion of humiliation and anger in the women or her closed one when some nuisance person molests / eve-teases / rapes is also man-made, and there is nothing called as divine doctrine which teaches that ‘how a person should act in certain manner in particular situation’, Hence thrashing religion by terming as man-made is stupid all the more squashing religious faith without having capacity to understand is futile. By the way, the emotions discussed above over the untoward events discussed are in abundance in me, and rightly so, but I also accept the religion to be supreme.

Hindutva – The word ‘Hindu’ or ‘Hindutva’ as I understand and many believes is beyond the definition of certain –ism. Hindu is much beyond religion. It is also a regional identity and not just limited to certain faith of a world’s oldest sect Hindutva goes a stretch further. Hindu is symbol of centuries old culture and philosophy that took birth and roots in this country, which is not just another piece of land. For instance, an Australian, can be a person who follows any religion of his choice, but he cannot denounce the tag of being Australian. Now coming to narrow aspect pertaining to the Indian pseudo seculars will happily term Ape to be his fore-father, by referring to ‘Theory of Evolution’ but will not go to their history books to understand , Sanatan Dharma – a faith was prevalent many centuries before Islam –ISM and Christian-ITY came in to existence and came to India. Hence proved their knowledge is hollow and discriminative.

Now coming to the main part of Dr. Swamy’s article which aimed solely on eradication of a problem of terrorism ~ Islamic terrorism.  None of the pseudo seculars have given a solution or attempted to discuss the issue of terrorism which is erupting on exponential manner. The one who disagrees with the solution method of Dr. Swamy, also can in no logical state deny or disagree to the looming threat of Islamic terrorism. Hence, I am amazed to see these seculars rubbishing the article at drop of the hat, while they are very zealous and enthusiastic in rubbishing the method suggested in the article and not making attempt to offer the alternate method (which I am pretty sure, they are lacking it). The self claimed liberals should first go and think and then attempt to pen down thoughts over how to eradicate this fascism emerging out of Islamism, instead of trying to use camouflage in attempt to sound secular. I will urge liberals / seculars to come out with solid alternate solution for problem which Dr. Swamy has written article on - Islamic terrorism. The technicalities or displeasure which liberals have on usage of certain words can be tackled later (however, I personally don’t see any untoward usage of words been there, yet will give seculars this discount to get opportunity of being heard, But only after they provide solution).

Finally, what is most clearly evident is the possibility that in hating Hindu faith so much so that the self claimed liberals are not ready to accept something called as Islamic terrorism, for if seculars deny existence of Islamic terrorism, I guess no neurologist can take care of them. Now as far as science is concerned, there is law in physics, which mentions, ‘Every action has equal and opposite reaction’. The pseudo seculars must thank that this law has not been enforced by sensible people over the atrocities enforced on them by this fascist who incidentally belongs to Islam. Also, they should understand that time has come where covering Islamic terrorism is over, Now it’s the action which has to attempted, to safeguard OUR country. The best answer from liberals which is the most idiotic is that, to remove one type of extremism, we should not motivate others, they are rightly so. But Dr. Swamy talks of no extremism. Only the failed secularist tries to package the Dr. Swamy’s article as communalist. When the article is read with neutral and sane mind, one will find very difficult connect something written in it as wrong, maligned or distorted and even offensive. Neither the opposition of conversion is wrong nor is acknowledging the regional identity flawed. Pakistan is enemy and has ulterior motive has to be accepted as soon as possible to secure the sovereignty of India, and every step must be taken under the sun to Protect India’s interest, there can be no “If’s” and “But’s” there. Enough of the nonsense of the liberals who have neither solved the problem nor have brought something better for India. The apologist should be once asked to be quiet and let there be no mincing word in calling what is correct as correct and right as right.

Hence before terming Dr. Swamy’s article as obnoxious, get the basics right and set the priorities in proper order. Dr. Swamy actually identified the problem right and in his capacity he gave solution, which has been right and accepted & hailed by plenty (The sole problem of seculars, as for them to detect problem and provide solution is only their forte).The right thinking Indian will support Dr. Swamy either for identifying the problem or for providing the solution or for both, like many Indians.

Reservation ~ Curse to merit or Boom to disadvantaged

At the start, let me make a candid acceptance that I have been in receipt of reservation benefit under PH3 category, and still I am against the blanket reservation given without merit angle applied to it. I don't demand to absolve reservation but seek merit based reservation, which will not lead merit and deserving student towards hatred of reserved category or worst towards depression and suicide. India being such a vast country and there has been huge population who are economically disadvantaged and for inclusive growth, we need to accept reservation as a ploy, however care should be take again misuse. I would strongly demand reservation for economically disadvantaged, differently able category of people, but no caste based reservation at all. I have consciously not used the statistics or specific examples to discuss advantage or disadvantage of reservation, as we are all well aware about the both merit and demerits. Also the misuse of reservation by politicians across the board is not hidden from anyone, and even the beneficiary knows about it.

Well Reservation should be given, but there is always a system which has to be adhered. Blind and irrational reservation which is motivated by vote bank politics has to be condemned.

Few points which I feel should be considered before giving reservation or devising reservation policy:

1.   Reservation to be given only at initial years: Disadvantaged communities / people (Handicaps included) should be given reservation in primary school, as in giving opportunity to build the career, and then subsequent monetary assistance at subsidized interest rate be continued to the economically poor class. Providing monetary assistance to disadvantaged student is much more important to sustain the daily expense while studying, and avoid inferiority complex that can play havoc due to lack of basic amenities.

Giving opportunity at post graduate level is highly meaningless as ignoring merit, instead as suggested earlier, reservation should be given at start and not at the end of the tunnel where delivery on merit should be given importance and nothing more. Finally there should no reservation in seeking job, MERIT AND ONLY MERIT HAS TO BE APPLIED WHILE SELECTION OF CANDIDATE FOR JOB, no half baked measure in economy building. But “no reservation in job” has to be applied only after reservation at the initial stages has started.

Explanation for point 1 - An economically disadvantaged student getting opportunity at start with financial assistance will be better prepared to compete on merit and will not face inferiority complex at later stage. However, ignoring the merits and graduate or post graduate level affects the eligible student and also affects the output of the economy. This is fact because the reserved category candidate takes the lead over merit. Even if the reserved candidate is capable, the fact cannot be denied, one deserving candidate is denied his due place.

2.   The Reservation must be correlated and capped: The reservation given also should not be blanket reservation, but be capped in correlation to the highest marks received in merit category, and only those reserved category candidate to be considered who are eligible in that capped demand. currently, even if reserved category students get just passing marks deserved the place in the school, which is to be abolished and merit oriented reservation should be considered

Explanation for Point 2 - Supposedly the course has 100 seats and reserved category seats are 5 within those 100 seats. The highest percentage in merit category received is 97%. The reserved category has to have a lower cut off but in correlation to 97% (highest marks), hypothetically, let’s assume calculated lower cut off for reserved category is 65%. Then only those students in reserved category shall get admission for those 5 reserved seats who have scored above 65%. If in scenario, only 3 reserved category students have scored above 65%, then remaining 2 seats to be awarded to merit category instead of inviting underperforming reserved category student. By this merit students get the opportunity and shall not lose their deserved place to underperformer in reserved category. This system will build in the competition among disadvantaged lot, and shall not assume the reservation as birth right.

3.   Economic Reservation: There is talk that only one person of family should be given reservation and it should not be passed on to future generation of that family, as that family is already been taken care by being provided equal fighting status. However the idea is highly contentious and controversial, I would propose to abolish caste based reservation. The region based reservation can’t be debated for its inclusion. However only Handicaps and economically poor be considered for reservation, even if the reservation is already given to another member of family.

Having reservation and abolishing reservation are two extremes, where either of the category is at disadvantage, hence we should urge the policy maker to devise the reservation policy in a way that it assists both the category and the reservation as tool cannot be used for vote bank politics.

Rahul Gandhi ~ A wonder Aged toddler

The protagonist of the blog has been a real miracle, As without iota of content, he has successfully managed almost all Indians and few international intellectuals to discuss about him at some point of time. Yes, He is Master. Rahul Gandhi. I came across, one blog “The only way Rahul Gandhi can revive Congress fortunes in UP” by Mr. Dibyasundar Nayak, where the writer proposes a theory that to win UP and subsequently EARN the post of Prime Minister, Rahul Gandhi and Congress party should declare the aged-youth as UP Chief Ministerial candidate. The premise is, the awe and curiosity facto surrounded to Rahul may win the UP election (very much necessary for any party / coalition who is aiming to come to power at centre) and by that get exposed to working of Indian parliamentary system, get acquainted with active political working and subsequently after effective experience, the aged toddler can grab chair of Prime minister.

I shall not discuss much in detail about his education and other over analyzed stuff, especially because Rahul Gandhi possesses nothing that can be deliberated in detail, neither his wisdom nor his education, neither his work nor his quote. I shall stick to most recent occurrence, which will suffice to state Rahul is unworthy political entity.

To start with, the above mentioned theory has too many assumption and one of the biggest flaw is to assume Rahul is capable PM or even political material. Second big flawed assumption is to draw comparison between UP politics and other state politics, while lack of local leadership in Congress camp of UP is surely a problem, the major factor affecting UP election is concentrated caste based politics played. The fourth assumption which is base premise of this theory of risking Rahul at CM job can be squashed simply by analyzing the reluctance of Congress and Gandhi family to expose Rahul to any parliamentary responsibility and it has been seen of he had being evasive from any cabinet post either in UPA-1 or UPA-2. The interaction and non-existent participation of Rahul in parliament is in itself authenticates him being not sincere to govern the country; rather mother-son duo needs the PM’ship as served on platter.

Also to prove the mettle Rahul need not wait to be CM, he is already a Member of Parliament and has Amethi as his karma kshetra, but he being absolved from responsibility of improving Amethi speaks volumes in itself. Hence, argument that Rahul will prove his political or leadership capability is baseless, for he has failed disastrously to even spend money meant for Amethi.

Along with, the gems he spread by talking non sense just adds to his list of exposing his dumber side. Cong and Sonia will never risk Rahul for CM job for any state, prima facie because Rahul factor works as hope factor cong ground level cadre and a tool to entice voters. The capability is tad different from pretending to be capable. All the antics of Rahul have been seen through and have never received overwhelming success despite media being more desperate then congress to label Rahul as Under Taker of Indian Politics. The risk of Rahul failing despite projected as Chief Minister is so huge that Cong will never muster courage to act in that fashion. In fact BJP or BSP has not done anything, Rahul’s antics itself exposes him, recent example being claim of 70 people killed and women raped in UP and during his pada yatra his stud silence against inflation and sticking to script of abusing Maya.

Rahul needs to have capability in first place and then seek platform to expose it, on the contrary many platforms are been offered but either has rejected to prove his mettle (by rejecting cabinet post and also by not participating in parliament and lastly not an iota of improvement in his constituency of Amethi, where he is MP) OR he has failed miserably in states like Bihar, Tamil Nadu (Where he was star campaigner and even co-ordinator for CONG).


AND TO TOP IT ALL I DONT EVEN WANT TO MENTION HIS SPEECH POST BOMB-BLAST IN MUMBAI. ITS REAL SAD TO SEE SUCH DUMBWIT IS BEEN SEEN AS PRIME MINISTER IN WAITING. HE IS NOT FIT TO BE PEON AT PRIME MINISTER OFFICE, LEAVE ALONE SEEING HIS AS POTENTIAL PRIME MINISTER.

Rahul can at the best be used by CONG as antique object, or funny banner in front of CONG, to attract people. But the moment Congress plans to sell Rahul as a product, the entire shop of Cong will be sold cuz Cong cant risk to expose failure of word Gandhi, which is basis of its existence and relevance in India. Rahul is Just dikhane data of haathi named Congress can’t be used in chewing. Which even congress knows, Finally, It is also known fact that only party that can make Rahul a Prime Minister is not Congress, but BJP (if at all BJP, itself destructs itself and give congress a win on platter, which is highly unlikely, but only possibility of Rahul to be a PM)

Lokpal Movement n unwarranted BUZZ around it

Lokpal bill has been surrounded by controversy – while there can’t be justification for controversy or even justification to cover up the controversy as well. But the issue is a bit larger than expected knee jerk solutions. I am not going to get into details of the accusations and attest my validation / authentication that these allegations from most sceptical personalities hold any ground or not. The allegations are personal in nature and individual will / should defend themselves. I advocate just the bill, if there is problem with Bill we should discuss that, ONLY that.

Also important aspect to be remembered is, whom are we (INDIANS supporting IaC) fighting with? Although we are fighting against corruption at ground level from Rs. 50 to Rs.10 lakh crore, from cheat clerk to crook politicians, we must well cement it in our brain, we are dealing with the bunch of people, who can put rhino to shame with the thickness of their skin and we need to admit about their smartness. TO TAKE THE CASE OF THIS BUNCH ONLY EMOTIONS AND MOMENTARY DISPLAY OF UNITY WILL NOT WORK, WHAT WE NEED IS SELF BELIF, TRUST, PATIENCE, FOCUS, PERSISTENCE AND VIGILANCE IN LONG WAR AGAINST CORRUPTION AND CORRUPT.

CONGRESS and its allies in corruption understand very well, how to beat round the bush and fool us, Indians. They have ruled (not governed) India post Independence for 80%+ time, is no less achievement for them, but utter shame on us, we Indians.

Now let’s be back on Lokpal bill and its controversies around. For the people of INDIA, we need to understand, our life is NOT a sop opera that we need to have twist and turn every 5 minutes or we will get restless in a long struggle. All that is required is, we need to be patient, persistent along with being vigilant. How can our trust in a movement be so fickle that a paid news / dubious person can draw us out from the fight which led us to go hungry for a day or even days and that too for a cause we believed in? The dramatization has made INDIAN life pathetic, this instant solution attitude is nothing but screwing up the foundations.

Media for the un-written commandment from CONGRESS, desperation for TRP and masala entertainment, gives air to shallow allegations and then run their channel for whole day over it. The prime motive is to confuse and divide people. FOR media, koi jeeye ya mare, kuch acha ho ya boora ho – DRAMA must go on at cost of people, you and me – included. Are we so naive to believe that CONGRESS would not have come out with such tricks to derail the government when we supported the movement, (question goes to so-called educated and/or experienced lot). As said earlier, I am not dishing out these allegations as false or even authenticating them to true, for I hold no power, I can just hold my personal opinion.  The important thing is demand for bill should not be diluted- THATS IT.

As of now all we need is to show solidarity to the movement people, and also subtly inform the IaC decision makers that, “WE ARE WATCHING YOU AS WELL”. And we people should also be confident, also that if anything is found truthful these people can be replaced, power is with you and me, hence we shouldn’t be fearful but at same time we can’t afford to be hyper at everything planted in front of us. If we have supported a movement or if we had aspired such movement to save us from corruption, courtesy demands a bit more of trust, if nothing more.  The kind of dhamkis / conditions, “DO THIS, else I WILL NOT SUPPORT” has to stop. WE SHOULD NOT BE A PUPPY of CONG’s dirty trick to let the movement derail.

CONGRESS very well knows, if this movement fails, then it can be rest assured that until next couple of generation they are safe from public anger, as INDIANS will lose confidence on mass movement, because, if movement of such a level cant change than what will? We need to understand - if this movement fails, who will lose and who will gain? - Anna hazare and his gang will not be winner or loser, it is WE INDIANS, whose fight against corruption might lose the steam, and get back into cuccon of "yehi hota hai n sab chalta hai".

If you have issues with the IaC, Panel, or whatever, then make yourself heard, get heard. IF that is also not possible, start a fresh campaign with smoothening out all the LOOP HOLES. For I can guarantee, people were on ground to fight against corruption, and there is no monopoly over this fight. Why don’t this arm-chair chartlenders make an effort to do good of the so-called mistakes committed in the IaC movement. It’s just like reliance ad – “Yaha advice muft mein milti hai.”

HENCE WE SHOULD BE ANGRY, but channelizing our ANGER is equally important and we should also know whom we are helping by our actions.

Delhi is unsafe for WOMEN - Why and what to do

This blog, is not an article in itself, but a response to a Parent Trap – is Delhi unsafe because of family and society ? http://tinyurl.com/4gj8svz blog of my twitter friend Ms. Harini Calamur, Film Maker, Marath Film Producer (Jhing Chik Jhing),TV Producer, Businesswoman, writer, blogger, and teacher. My response is not to counter and/or contradict blog of Harini, but adding my view point to the subject.

The issue of Delhi and crime against women is bit larger, especially when we discuss the safety of a particular gender in a city - Delhi. The points mentioned in the article are more or less similar across India. The situations arising out of bad parenting and/or self convincing interpretation of female's gestures along with not so efficient governance coupled with dragging judiciary are prevalent in all corners of India. Hence the question arise, then what makes Delhi more unsafe then rest especially when Delhi is resident for Prime minister, President, Most powerful political family (Gandhi), score of MP and other so-called high profile people? Well the answer lies within the question I guess. The presence of these pervets has actually been catalyst to increase the crime. However, Politics is not the epicentre of subdued state administration; it is the Power (money, muscle or fame) that is the centre of devastating incidents. The presence of these unwanted VIPS has degraded the machinery to impotency. I will be honest enough to accept, that I haven’t visited Delhi on personal note, but do have friends and other members and with close and long discussion with them (both genders included) have a picture of Delhi in front of me.

Police is no ultra special anywhere else, but the level of inefficiency that has infringed in Delhi state administration is voluminous due to high level hindrance and interference of so called law protector. The idea of getting absolved from crime by calling some MP's or spitting few rupee notes is far more significant. Every girl is not Jessica Lal, rather they should not have a fate of Jessica Lal, but nonetheless her offender did receive punishment ON PAPER (remember parole given by Delhi CM), many unfortunate girls can’t reach to even that extent. Another important point to be pondered is, rape is a NOT just a crime committed by individual or group of individual by forcing intercourse on the female, but it is the entire system who molests the victim by not physically touching but by having apathetic attitude and embarrassing her through ordeal of demonising the victim and glorifying the culprit and the crime. Hence the penalty should be levied upon rapist and also to each and every individual who was in that system that created hindrance to the justice. The supporters of crime, direct or indirect are the real parasites than the one who commits the act of rape, because the criminal thrives in confidence only through support of these scoundrels in the system, be it political, police, media and any other power house.

For pseudo human/woman right activist commenting on rape or rape victim is so very easy and to sympathise with rape victim it’s even more easy and fashionable. But as a society to actually empathize with the victim and to take some constructive steps to avoid it we have hardly any courage to do it and yes I say we including you, me and all others. We hear moral police says gals should not wear jeans or other stuff, we have politician saying if gals wear tight clothes she is inviting for being rape. WHAT SHIT. The idea "Not to rape" is required in the society and not "NOT TO GET raped". Tight clothes or intoxicated gals are no license for heinous crime and also not the character or past deed of women is the free pass.

The Chief Minister of Delhi passed the buck on society to be mute spectator while the crime of death and/or rape is committed, I would not squashed the allegation completely as others did, for I do believe society has to play active role and not be fence sitters. But for society to act there has to be conducive environment to act, which is to be provided by the state administration, independent of political and power gimmicks. The assurance of police helping the whistle blowers and also rendering security to both alert citizen along with victim is imperative as against current situation of cover up and sheltering the culprits. Sheila Dixit allowing parole of Manu Sharma, the culprit on dubious ground and along with inaction on various other cases have developed a kind of apathy in the society and that is real bad. I would also link the corruption in India and especially by the Delhi HQ of government as one of the reasons, for the corrupt will commit corruption and other illegal activities in alliance with dreaded criminals and not with saint who respects society law and discipline. Once in alliance, Politician has to shelter these criminals against the penalty of crime they commit and hence inaction gives confidence to others for repeating such crimes and giving a spiral effect.

I do agree respecting the women is more required then seeking death penalty for rapist, however, if the rapist are been lynched / hanged in 5-7 high profile rape cases and that too quickly, It shall at least to a extent relieve the pressure. And even if victim wants to forgive the culprit, the court should still persist with the case against the rapist and his supporters, as crime is not against just an individual but against society and generation as a whole. But also equally important is to make life easy for gals after that dreadful event, which can be done by not glamorizing the case by media but by providing fast judgment of death without bail. At least this minute steps can be taken along with the broader discussion in the articles mentioned, so as to reduce 0.000001% of pain of the victim and to restrict reoccurrence of the crime but fitting the fear of quick penalty.At the end I would seek, lets the Process BEGIN

Supreme Court and its fallacy in understanding the Hindu epic

While I am no scholar in scriptures, my knowledge to the epic is courtesy to the explanation provided by mom and grand mom in my early years and even now.

Its really saddening to see that mocking hindu religion, its scriptures and epics is the fashion across the society. Politician’s always used and mocked religions for their vested interest. Left liberal are better not talked about. Media is at best left out from this discussion, as for their petty benefits and to please their masters, journalist have gone to extent of calling Lord Rama as divine encroacher. I am pained to see the one of most trusted wing of democracy, Judiciary have started making statements on individual faith without understanding the matter.

The observation that “Dhronacharya had committed injustice on Eklavya by seeking right thumb of Eklavya, so as to benefit Arjuna” is highly misplaced and motivated. Firstly we must understand the respect that is been showered to shree Dhronacharya by Indians as a whole lot and not just Hindus. Dhronacharya award for coaches / teachers in field of sport is considered to be the top most award in the flurry of Bhart ratna’s and Padma shree’s (whose sanctity has been lost courtesy past few winners).

Now coming back to the topic of Dhronacharya and Eklavya, let me try and solve the mystery as I understand. The reason for seeking thumb of Eklavya by Dhronacharya was not because of love for Arjuna. The underline message of Dhronacharya was, Knowledge is the wealthiest treasure and no one can acquire it by stealing and/or without sacrificing. It is fact that Eklavya learnt the art of archery from Dhronacharya without the consent of the teacher. Dhronacharya wanted to instill the importance of the teacher and understanding that wealth of knowledge cannot be stolen but acquired after consent of the giver and also after sacrificing something to acquire that wealth. Hence to give lesson to generations ahead and to avoid misleading of students, Dhronacharya took this decision

The wealth acquired after hard work sacrificed is cherished and respected. Without the step of Dhronacharya to invoke discipline in students, respect to the teachings and teachers would have been far-fetched dream. The student is been endeavored with a heavy responsibility of being disciplined. Knowledge is treated as blessing of GOD, and stealing of this blessing does invite the wrath. However, I would also like to mention that the above statements in no way demean the passion of young student named Eklavya who wanted to learn the art.

The passion of Eklavya has been guiding light for many students and it has to be used as zeal to learn. However any good intent, passion performed beyond the frame work of discipline has to be restricted. The zeal of Eklavya was not off ill intent or to cheat, but the Decision of Dhronacharya had nothing to do with the caste of Eklavya. Yes caste of Eklavya was reason for not letting him inside the guru ashram meant for royal children, which can debatable, but only after studying in depth the reason for it. The zeal of one person can not be used as proof to demean other person's righteous act.

Superficial reading and commenting on scriptures is STOOPID and not required from any quarters of society. The Supreme court is highly respected and looked institution in India, and hence it has added responsibility to act in the similar fashion and casual and not thought out remark can and shall have repercussions beyond the control of law and create distress among the people who feel that judiciary is only their last recourse after politicians, media and police have failed them. Hence it is my personal request that Supreme Court should desist in remarking on faith without complete knowledge on the subject matter

I hope my this tiny understanding of our scriptures can throw light and pave way to pseudo sickular to mend their ways of mocking one of the biggest gift to the world, Sanatan Dharma
